Publishing a document is quick and simple.
Open the file
Navigate to and open the document you want to publish.
Click Publish
Click the 'Publish' button in the toolbar or use the right-click menu.
Configure options
Set password protection and session duration if needed.
Copy the link
Copy the generated public URL to share with others.

Shareable Links
When you publish a document, AnySlate generates a unique public URL that anyone can use to view your content. The URL is randomly generated and hard to guess, providing a basic level of security even without a password.

Optional Security Layer
Add password protection to your published documents for sensitive content. Visitors will need to enter the password before they can view the document. You can change or remove the password at any time.
Setting a Password
- Toggle 'Password Protection' on
- Enter your chosen password
- Share password separately with viewers
- Password is never shown in the URL

Session Duration
Choose how long your published document remains accessible.
24 Hours
Perfect for temporary sharing or quick reviews. Link expires after one day.

Ideal for longer-term sharing. The link remains active for a full month.
Extending Duration
You can extend the duration at any time before the link expires. Just open the publish settings and select a new duration - the timer will reset from that moment.

Unpublishing
Remove Public Access
Unpublish a document at any time to immediately remove public access. The link will stop working instantly, and visitors will see a "not found" message. You can always republish later with a new link.
To unpublish:

- 3Click 'Unpublish' in the dialog
