Documents
.docx, .odt, .rtf files
Spreadsheets
.xlsx, .csv, .ods files
Archives
.zip, .tar.gz for code samples
Tip: Attachments are linked in your document as downloads. Readers can click to download the attached file.
Orphan Cleanup
Over time, you may delete or change image references in your documents, leaving unused files in storage. AnySlate helps you clean these up:
- 1Go to Settings → Cloud → Storage
- 2Click 'Find Orphaned Files'
- 3Review the list of unused uploads
- 4Select files to delete or keep
- 5Confirm to permanently remove orphaned files
Caution: Deleted files cannot be recovered. Make sure the file isn't referenced in any document before removing it.
Storage Usage
Uploads count toward your storage quota. Monitor and manage your usage:
- Images and attachments count toward your storage limit
- View upload breakdown in Settings → Cloud → Storage
- Compress images before uploading to save space
- Use orphan cleanup to remove unused files
- Upgrade your plan for more storage if needed
